SUNY Geneseo – Bailey Hall Rehabilitation

Erdman Anthony provided the MEP engineering, design, and construction assistance services necessary for the full $21.5 million rehabilitation of an existing building and new building addition to Bailey Hall on the SUNY Geneseo campus. The renovated building has two above-grade floors and a partially below-grade basement level with a total floor area of 74,000 GSF. The finished building houses the college’s anthropology, sociology, psychology, and geography departments.

Erdman Anthony’s scope of services included the demolition and redesign of HVAC systems; campus steam, electrical and telecommunications utility systems; power and lighting systems; and emergency power systems as well as instrumentation and building controls associated with the systems listed above. This project is LEED® Certified™, Silver.
