Route 15 (Future I-99), Watson Creek to Presho

Erdman Anthony inspected new construction of 4 miles of a new section of divided highway of U.S. Route 15 (the future I-99) from Watson Creek to Presho in the Town of Lindley, Steuben County. This highway was built on a new alignment and includes: clearing and grubbing, 4.5 million cubic meters of earthwork, rock excavation, drainage, asbestos removal, demolition of 25 buildings, retaining walls, service roads and new concrete pavement. Erdman Anthony provided the office engineer and 6 inspectors. A key concern was erosion control and storm water pollution prevention.

Erdman Anthony inspected the new construction of 3 crossings over the Interstate highway. These crossings involve six bridges and their corresponding tie-ins. The bridges (North-bound and South-bound lanes) cross over the Interstate at Watson Street (2 span), Morgan Street (4 spans) and Stowell Road (1 span).
