ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 25 — Erdman Anthony has hired William Blye as a survey technician in the Rochester office’s geospatial core business. The Lima resident has an Associate of Applied Science degree in land surveying technology from The Ranger School at The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and rhetoric from Nazareth College. He served as an armory chief in the U.S. Marine Corps and received a Naval Achievement Medal during a tour in Iraq.
