PITTSBURGH, December 14 — Daniel Phillips, PE, a bridge design engineer in Erdman Anthony’s Pittsburgh office, has earned his license as a professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
Phillips has a Master of Science degree in engineering, with a focus in structural engineering, from Youngstown State University. The Clinton resident has six years of experience in bridge design.
