ROCHESTER, N.Y., December 14 — Andrew P. Schwingel, PE, a structural engineer in Erdman Anthony’s Rochester office, has earned his license as a professional engineer in Maine.
Schwingel has a master’s degree in civil engineering, with a concentration in bridge and structural engineering, from the University at Buffalo. The Rochester resident specializes in bridge analysis and design, and his projects have included a wide variety of bridge replacements, rehabilitations, load ratings, and cost estimating.
For over 60 years, Erdman Anthony has provided infrastructure engineering and support services to private industry and government clients.
