The 2021 Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC) Fall Seminar, held November 17-19 in Hershey, brought together transportation construction industry colleagues and clients to learn from each other while discussing key infrastructure topics.

This year, Mike Harter, PE, construction manager at Erdman Anthony’s Harrisburg office, presented alongside PennDOT, the designer, and contractor about the I-83 Exit 4 Shrewsbury Diverging Diamond Interchange project. The innovative project has improved traffic safety and capacity for the growing commercial and residential communities served by the interchange, the first upon entering Pennsylvania from Maryland.

Nine members of Erdman Anthony’s Pennsylvania construction team attended the APC Fall Seminar, the largest transportation construction conference in the state. Erdman Anthony also sponsored the icebreaker reception during the conference’s first day.
