The City of West Palm Beach, Florida, has nearly completed the ambitious renovation of its Pleasant City Community Center, for which Erdman Anthony provided laser scanning and construction plans. The 10,500-square-foot community hub is expected to reopen in late June.

Built in the 1970s, the building is being completely renovated. Big-impact upgrades specifically requested by residents include a computer lab and a community kitchen.
