When a deteriorating concrete arch bridge in Port Royal, Pennsylvania, that had carried PA Route 75 traffic over a vital railroad corridor for more than a century needed to be replaced, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation turned to Erdman Anthony for preliminary engineering, final design, and construction consultation.
