Erdman Anthony provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for a 2,600 square-foot Bank of America branch located on the ground floor of a nine-story building in Washington, D.C.
One of the challenges of the project was the space could not utilize prototypical rooftop units requiring an adaptation to the LEED prototype. Water-source heat pumps were selected to meet the needs of the tenant’s space while still meeting the requirements to successfully achieve LEED Platinum certification.
