Erdman Anthony provided surveying services and construction support in 2016 and 2017 for a paving project extending 5 miles on Interstate 390, near Dansville, NY.
Our firm performed a topographic survey of the northbound lane and interacted with the contractor on a day-to-day basis, as necessary, in support of specific construction activities. The survey data served as quality-assurance/quality-control checks for the existing conditions survey.
Erdman Anthony also provided survey support to set robotic total stations along the paving machine’s route. Furthermore, our firm performed checks at sufficient intervals to confirm the system was placing concrete within specified tolerances.
