Under this TSDOR work order for Southwest Ranches, Erdman Anthony provided civil engineering design services for preparing roadway plans for SW 188th Avenue (and associated side streets), from south of SW 63rd Street to Griffin Road, in support of the TSDOR Program. The improvements included reconstruction of the roadway along SW 188th Avenue, regrading for drainage swales, and resurfacing of the side streets along the 1-mile corridor. SW 188th Avenue is a residential subdivision with commercial properties at the end of the project limits. In addition to design services, Erdman Anthony provided bidding services, construction administration services, on-site representation, preliminary budget estimates, and construction observation for the project.
